1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services, products, software, and content offered by betnow through its website at https://betnow.cam and any related mobile applications, platforms, or interfaces operated by the Company (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, guests, and visitors.

betnow operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines. The Company is committed to maintaining full compliance with PAGCOR regulations, applicable Philippine law, and internationally recognized responsible gaming standards.

By accessing the Platform, registering a betnow account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and your acceptance will be treated as that person's acceptance.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a personal account registered by a Player on the betnow Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by betnow subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money by the Player to the Player's Account using an approved payment method.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, bingo variant, sports betting market, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable AML law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency in which betnow Accounts are denominated.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a betnow Account and uses the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account to a Player's verified payment method.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the betnow Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing casino gaming in the Philippines. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. betnow reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You represent that accessing and using the betnow Platform is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. betnow does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. betnow reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are ineligible to register or maintain a betnow Account:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of betnow or its related entities;
• Employees of PAGCOR or any regulatory authority with oversight over betnow;
• Persons who are subject to a self-exclusion order on the betnow Platform or any PAGCOR-recognized self-exclusion registry;
• Persons who have previously had their betnow Account permanently suspended or terminated for cause;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming on betnow, you must register a Player Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid contact number, and email address. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the betnow Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. betnow reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently terminate duplicate Accounts and to void all associated transactions, bonuses, and winnings.

4.3 KYC Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) law, betnow is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within the last 3 months);
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, as required;
• Additional documentation as may be requested by the Compliance Team.

betnow reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of a Player's relationship with the Platform, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a period of inactivity.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betnow login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. betnow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify betnow immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betnow accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All Accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the betnow Cashier section at the time of each transaction.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the Player's Account instantaneously. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, depending on the processing time of the issuing bank. betnow does not charge fees on deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which betnow accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits originating from an account not owned by the Player — are strictly prohibited. betnow reserves the right to return funds to source and to request additional verification where third-party funding is suspected.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on betnow — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). betnow does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Players who have not yet verified their identity may deposit and play but will not be permitted to withdraw funds until verification is complete. betnow strongly encourages Players to complete KYC verification early — ideally during their first session — to avoid delays when funds are ready to withdraw.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

betnow aims to process all withdrawal requests within one (1) to two (2) hours for verified Accounts during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). Withdrawals submitted outside business hours, or those requiring additional compliance review, may take longer. Withdrawal timelines are subject to the processing times of the recipient e-wallet or bank and may vary.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the capabilities of the payment channel. Where a matching withdrawal is not possible, betnow may request the Player to provide an alternative verified payment method registered in the Player's own name. betnow will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.4 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the betnow Cashier section. betnow reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time, with notice provided to affected Players.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money balances and bonus balances are tracked separately within the Player's Account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

betnow offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by betnow are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified) must be wagered a stated number of times before any withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. Wagering requirements, contribution percentages per game type, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

betnow strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and collusion between Players to artificially meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, betnow reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently terminate the Account.

7.4 VIP Program

betnow's Black Diamond VIP Program is an invitation-only tier. VIP status is awarded at the sole discretion of betnow based on Player activity and loyalty. VIP benefits, including personal account managers, priority withdrawals, and exclusive bonuses, are subject to the VIP Program terms communicated directly to each VIP member. betnow reserves the right to modify or withdraw VIP status at any time.

8. Game Rules & Betting

8.1 Game Rules

Each Game available on the betnow Platform is governed by its specific game rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating. In the event of any malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a Game session, betnow's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of wagers.

8.2 RNG Certification

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on the betnow Platform use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness, randomness, and statistical accuracy. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term payout rates and are contractual values imposed by game providers and audited under PAGCOR licensing requirements.

8.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that materially affects the integrity of a Game round, betnow reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the affected period and to refund the voided stakes to the Player's Account. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from such technical events beyond the return of the voided stake.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betnow Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting others to circumvent the single-account restriction;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes, whether in Games or Platform systems;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players in table games, poker, or any multiplayer game format;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betnow customer support staff;
• Any conduct intended to defraud betnow or other Players.

betnow reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your betnow Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

10.2 Termination by betnow

betnow reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms; failure to pass KYC verification; suspected fraud or money laundering; regulatory requirement; prolonged inactivity; or upon instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. betnow reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts after this period, as disclosed in the Cashier section. Players will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts will not be closed while a balance remains, subject to applicable regulatory provisions.

11. Responsible Gaming

betnow is fully committed to responsible gaming and operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Company acknowledges that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented a comprehensive suite of player protection tools. All Players aged 21 and above are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Available responsible gaming tools within your betnow Account include:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum deposit amounts per day, week, or month;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each gaming session;
• Reality Check Alerts: Receive periodic notifications of time spent playing;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily block access to the Platform for extended periods.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. 12. Privacy & Data Protection

betnow collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and improving Platform services. betnow does not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the betnow Platform — including but not limited to the betnow brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, images, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of betnow or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in any intellectual property of the Company.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, republish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of betnow. Unauthorized use of betnow intellectual property will be pursued under applicable Philippine law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betnow and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

betnow's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betnow Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betnow's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

betnow reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the betnow Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact Customer Support to close your Account.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2 Regulatory Authority

betnow operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR serves as the primary authority for the regulation of gaming activities conducted by the Company and has jurisdiction over formal player complaints related to the fairness and integrity of gaming operations.

16.3 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and betnow, you are encouraged to first contact Customer Support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. betnow commits to responding to all formal disputes within five (5) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through the formal complaint process.
