betnow ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users ("you," "your," or "Player") who access or use the betnow Platform, accessible at https://betnow.cam and through associated mobile applications and interfaces.

• Financial Information: GCash account details, Maya account details, bank account information (BPI, BDO, UnionBank), cryptocurrency wallet addresses (where applicable), transaction history;
• Communications: Customer support chat logs, emails, feedback forms, complaint submissions.

When you access the betnow Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and behavioral data:

Where we rely on consent as the legal basis for processing, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent for certain purposes (such as KYC verification) may result in the suspension of your Account, as some processing is necessary for us to operate lawfully under PAGCOR regulations.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

6.1 Service Providers

betnow shares your personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform. These providers are contractually bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose other than delivering services to betnow. Current categories of service providers include:

• KYC & Identity Verification Vendors: Third-party providers who verify the authenticity of your government-issued ID and confirm your identity as required by PAGCOR;
• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other licensed payment service providers for processing deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso;
• Game Providers: JILI, PG Soft, and other licensed game providers who operate games on the betnow Platform under certified RNG and fairness standards;
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure data center and cloud hosting providers who store and process Platform data under strict security protocols;
• Customer Support Platforms: Live chat and helpdesk software providers who facilitate player support interactions;
• Fraud Prevention & AML Services: Specialist providers who assist in detecting fraudulent activity and AML compliance.

6.2 Regulatory & Legal Disclosures

betnow may disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies where required by law, including:

• The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for gaming regulatory oversight;
• The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) for AML compliance;

6.3 Business Transfers

6.4 No Sale of Personal Data

betnow does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Period.

7. Data Retention

betnow retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting obligations. The following retention periods apply:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the full duration of your Account and for a period of five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and Philippine AML regulations;
• KYC Documentation: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction, as required by applicable Philippine financial regulations;
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of last interaction;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed, plus three (3) years following opt-out to demonstrate compliance;
• Website Log Data: Retained for a period of twelve (12) months unless required for an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with NPC guidelines and betnow's internal data disposal procedures. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify an individual may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

• 256-Bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and betnow servers is protected with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption;
• Data Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data, including KYC documents and financial information, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption;
• Password Security: Passwords are never stored in plain text. All passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a unique salt per user;
• Multi-Factor Authentication: betnow offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for Player Accounts to add an additional layer of login security;

• Access to personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis;

8.3 Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in significant risk or harm to affected data subjects, betnow will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players promptly once the scope of the breach has been assessed, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-03.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by betnow. These rights may be exercised by contacting our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14.

• Right to be Informed: You have the right to be informed about how your personal data is being collected and processed. This Privacy Policy fulfills that obligation.
• Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data betnow holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of any personal data held by betnow that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Some corrections can be made directly within your Account settings.

• Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to request that we transmit this data directly to another controller where technically feasible.

betnow will respond to all data subject rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Complex requests may require up to thirty (30) business days, in which case we will notify you of the extension. We may request proof of identity before processing your request to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

10.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the betnow Platform. They allow the Platform to recognize your device, remember your preferences, maintain your session, and analyze how you interact with the site. betnow also uses similar technologies such as web beacons, local storage, and pixel tags.

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These cookies enable core features such as secure login, session management, and fraud prevention. They cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.

11. Children's Privacy

The betnow Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. betnow does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If betnow discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 — whether through misrepresentation of age or otherwise — we will immediately suspend the relevant Account, void all associated transactions and winnings, and securely delete the personal data of the underage individual in accordance with our data retention procedures and applicable law.

12. International Data Transfers

The majority of betnow's data processing takes place within the Republic of the Philippines. Non-material changes — such as minor clarifications or typographical corrections — may be made without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision.
